Websphere 5 - Server Start Fails

I am doing a 8.11 Stanalone installation on a machine. I am unable to start the WebServer. It gives a message "cannot find the specified path" and InvalidExecutableException. This error is occuring only on a particular machine. I also have the latest JDK. Has anyone faced this issue ?
 
You have a problem of path's definition.
Yous must set the java_home, the was_home...
