JAS buttons missing

When in JPD, we go to any application such as P4101 Item Master we can see the Select, Find, Add, Close, Find, Row, Tools. When in JPY if we go to P4101, we don't see the Select, Find, Add. We do see the Close, Form, Row, Tools.

We are in the process of upgrading XE to E810 and we are using WebSphere 5.0.

Do you only have the issue in html client ? Not with a fat client ?
You don't have any security settings in P00950 for that application, for any environment ?
