E1 8.10 Client Install Hangs

We just upgraded from 8.0 to 8.10 wTLS 8.94_E1 on WIN2K / SQL2K. When trying to install a FAT client the install hangs. Has anyone run across this?

You might want to make sure the PSFT user has full rights to the deployment directory. I'd check the share security permissions and the file level security permissions.
