Full Package deploy with internal error

I am trying to redeploy a full package to the enterprise server and now I am getting an internal error code 5. There is nothing running on the 400 at the time of deployment. Not sure what the problem is.

Have you checked SAW for any Zombie processes on the enterprise server. Dangerous, but I presume the 400 is one of your enterprise servers. Check for zombie processes, make sure JDENET services are up

what do you mean by zombie processes? Yes our enterprise server is a 400

The only way to get rid of this was re-booting the Ent Server - but that was on Wintel - don't know how 400 might behave ...
