8.11 Standalone Issue

I am in 8.11 standalone, Case Management (a/k/a Call Entry in CSMS). I attempt to add a new Case, click on "Save and Continue" button, then eventually get a Web Exception error. The jde.log shows error "jdegetprocaddress failed - JDENET_DispatchMessage@DFT".

Anyone have any ideas on this?
