unicode & Oracle

We are getting ready to upgrade from ERP8 to 8.11. My understanding is that the unicode conversion will convert CHAR to NCHAR data types, VARCHAR2 to NVARCHAR2, etc. Has anyone run into any issues using sql against the unicode data sources in 8.10 or 8.11? We have sql scripts that pull data from the database to get loaded into other non-PeopleSoft systems. Some of these create a comma delimited file while others use an Oracle database link to load data into another Oracle database. We also use Oracle sqlloader to populate z1 tables for interfaces (F0911Z1).
