Server jobs successfuly stars only under 2 users

Hello!
My problem is: when I try to start any batch on enterprise server under any (even CNCADMIN) user except JDE user and another one jobs fail with Error message. jde.log shows me this: (Incorrect number of command line parameters)
I do not see any differences between my own id and JDE id for example.

ERP8.0 (B7334) SP22

please post your jde.log so we can see if there would be any other messages related to the problem. What platform is your enterprise server? How do you have your users setup in OneWorld? The System user associated with a profile is the one that has to have authority on the enterprise/application server.
