UBE Header Being Deleted

We are experiencing a strange issue, the UBE header for out invoices are randomly being deleted from the F9860 table. There is not tracing in omw logging that anyone id deleting it nor does the users have access to delete. The specs are there just the header is gone. This has been happening for about 3 weeks not I was told.

We are on OW Xe SP 22_S1 Update 6, SQL Server
