JDE through Citirx/Terminal Server

We have a couple of users who for some reason cannot print to a printer through Citrix/Windows Terminal Server. They could print to a printer a week ago. Everytime they try to print something they get a "No Default Printer Selected". If I go into JDEdwards throught Terminal Server I am able to print to any printer I have in my Windows Printers on my workstation. They have printers mapped on their workstations, but for some reason cannot use the same settings on the Terminal Server. Help Please.

Greg :

Reset their connections, delete their NT profiles and let them login again.
Be sure that your Terminal Server is on SP5 or SP6, and that your Citrix in
1.8 SP1 or higher.

We have experienced something similar recently regarding default printers
for a few Citrix users. To test the issue, I published the 'Printers' applet
and I attempted to set a default printer while logged in as the user. The
setting would not stick. I renamed the user's TSE profile and let the system
recreate it at next logon. I again attempted to set the users default
printer and the problem had disappeared.

Regards.

What version of the ICA Client are you running? The new ICA client version
6.00 helped in picking up the client printers.

We have found that same problem when the print queue or tse drives are
full. When that happens, the print service stop and they must be restarted.
