R43500 Media objects

Hello

I hope some one can help me.

One of my users attached a media object to R43500 (I think)
It prints one line that is in error (text = 2,324,000) on every detail line of her PO.


This does not happen to anyone else so I suspect that it is user related.

I have looked in the table F00165 and find entries just for her concerning program R43500.

The first one is for GT4301A and the rest refer to GT4311.

How can I find this object in order to remove the bad text.

Text Media Objects will print based on Processing Options. Check the Report Display settings for Global Message and Note Display. If Not Display if flagged, check the PO for attachments.

Based on your message, I would suspect it is the PO Detail.

I'm interested in knowing what your getting an error for? Let us know the results of what you find.

The company I am working for is on 8.0 (server based)
What happen is one of the purchasing people (I think) on
P4310 some how added an invalid media object

It prints on every detail line when R43500 is run.
The line with line number, description etc will print.
The next line with the item will print

Then this goofy line with 2,324,000 will print
I do not know where to go to find this 2,324,000 in order to clear it out. I have looked in the F00165 and cannot find it.

It is attached only to one user and it does not matter which machine she sign on.

Question: How can I find this error media object
and How can I remove it

Try deleting her user overrides using P98950. I've seen some strange things happen when user overrides get corrupted.
