I've just run across a nasty bug introduced by applying the ESU associated with SAR 7086433, which allowed ECO population to utilize two decimal places.

The latest bug is if you run ECO population twice on the same BOM line number, the original (e.g. x.00) BOM line is deleted, and you end up with two BOM lines (e.g. x.01 and x.02) both active.

I've logged this issue with PeopleSoft and have a SAR # 7490330 created to address this issue.
