UDC change - How I get this on the server for all users to see?

I need to update a UDC with an additional entry. I know how to add the entry, but how do I get the change up to the server so everyone can see it?

The UDC's are held in the F0005, one of the environment control tables. When you add an additional UDC entry, it is inserted into the F0005 and is available straight away. It appears that this is not happening in your situation. Please provide some more details, including your system congiguration.
