RUNUBE

I am trying to run UBE from command prompt in enterprise server. Using the following syntax and getting the error.
D:\PeopleSoft\ddp\e810\system\bin32\runube.exe psft psft PD810 *ALL R550321 MEI0001 QSCHED BATCH PRINT SAVE \\<enterpriseserver>\ACCT4000

ERROR:
runube: JDB_InitEnvOvrExtended failed with rcode = 0

IS there any problem with syntax? Do I need to set anything in JDE.INI in enterprise server? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Windows 2000, EO 8.10, SQL server 2000
Thanks in advance

Make sure that you are not running this command from a Terminal Client Session (or RDP). RUNUBE must be ran from the console seesion only.

Hi,

I have the same problem in a batch server and I think you canot run ”RUNUBE” from a command prompt because the JDE variable are not initialized (JDB_InitEnvOvrExtended failed with rcode = 0).

Try the same command in a scheduled task.

Excuse my english(i prefer french or spanish).

Sérafin Sanchez.

Thanks for your response. I have created in scheduled task. It is working fine.

Thanks
Jenny
