Setting Up Printer

Hello,
I am working on setting up a printer in OneWold Xe, when I get to 'Printer Setup' screen "P98616, W98616AE", the Paper Type field is bank. I try adding a paper type, as soon as I exit the field the field clears out. And gives me an error, "Blank not allowed". Any Ideas ?
