E1 8.10 Parent Hierachy NOT working

Does anyone have E1 8.10 and Parent Hierachy is NOT working now. I logged an issue with peoplesoft support line said they could not duplicate it. I found that there is a bug in one business function which caused this problem. Those who are interested, please let me know, I will let you know the detail.
