Hello,
I have a question about purchase order approval.
All the required set up have been done for the approval route.
The problem is that sometimes when the purchase order is approved, it still appears in the screen for approval under the wait for approval queue. However, the status of the order has been changed successfully and in the Status Summary, it also mentioned that the order is approved.
Please note that in the approval route, there are 3 users and when approved, the other 2 users have been bypassed. This problem also occurs when rejecting the purchase order.
Does anyone know the reason for this problem?
