useAS400security=FALSE or TRUE? (vertex payroll)

Hello List, if you are a ONEWORLD Vertex Payroll user on OS/400 could you please tell me if your useAS400security is set to TRUE or FALSE. I belive is is set to FALSE out of the box. It is under the {AS/400} stanze in the Enterprise server.ini file. PS has asked us to change the parm to TRUE to resolve a VERTEX payroll issue where by we cannot run any pre-payroll with any user other than JDE.
