Hi I am just start using JDE(EnterPrizeOne).
I am a bit confused with the concept of the entity such as
Role, Address Book, and OMW User Role.
What are the relation between user entity and those?
If I have to configure the secuirty, should I use Object Management Configuration or User Secuirty or Security WorkBench?
I found that user authroity is restricted by OMW User Role which seems to be different from the Role created by meself.
and OMW User Security can be configured by Object Management Configuration and user defined security can be configured as well by security workbanch.
How should I distingush those?
Also, why should I add an entry into Address Book to associate new user in order for the new user to login.
What is the point of dividing two entity ie. user and adress book?
Please give me tip or give me good reference.
