HTML and Multiple Languages

We are using multiple languages for our EnterpriseOne 8.9 implementation. In my research, it appears that you can only run a single language per JAS instance in EO 8.9. Can anyone verify this?
 
We're running ERP8 here, and we use multiple languages, per ONE JAS instance - say JPY7334.
I doubt this functionality would be lost in PEO8.9

You might be surprised what functionality was lost in 8.9...
