Cycle Count Update (R41413) Issue?

We have an issue that we can't figure it out. When we update a cycle count and users entered the same quantity counted than the quantity on hand, R41413 refuses to update and complete the cycle count and give us the following errors:

- On report: Error Occured writing transaction
- In Work Center: Unit of Measure Structure Not Determined (Error message 3485)

The Branch plant on the cycle count doesn't Adv. Warehousing. All my UOM on my article are setups. AAI as weel. I can't figure out the issue. On world, it's working fine but on One World XE, can't update.

Any clues???

check for a Unit of Measure conversion problem.
I.E. the item has a primary unit of measure of EA, it was counted with a UOM of BX (box), but no one ever defined for that item how many EAs are in a BX.

All my UOM setups are fine, as I mentionned in my opening email. Looks like we're getting the wrong error or whatever. Can't say and Peoplesoft as no clue eithers.
