Hi,
We are experiencing a problem printing PeopleSoft reports with some printers. I think the issue is something related to the brand of the printers because I have only detected the problem with three printers (Two OKIs and a Lexmark)
Our enterprise server is a pSeries and we have the spool queues correctly setup in the server (I can print files with the "lpr -P printername filename" without problems) but we can not print any PeopleSoft reports(we only get blank pages)?
Have you experienced the same problem? Can you help me on this issue?
