Service pack level didn\'t change

Hi All,

We installed SP23_G1 over the weekend, built a full package and deployed it out. Our Client machines have not changed their service pack level. The PTF.log file still shows SP22_Q1 when it should say SP23_G1. How do I get this to change to the correct service pack? And Why didn't it change when I deployed the full package out to the clients?

We've found that we need to create an update package with ONLY the foundation, and be sure to compress it. This will update your SYSTEMCOMP directory on your deployment server. Then go ahead and build your full package, deploy, and your clients should then pick up the new SP.
