Missing "as of" table for AR --> an F03B11A perhaps?

Missing \"as of\" table for AR --> an F03B11A perhaps?

Coming from World, the process for creating "as of" reports involve running a batch program to create the F0311A. This was extremely useful for us as we could download data from this file into Excel for more advanced analysis by our power users. Unfortunately OneWorld does not follow this process but creates "as of" data on the fly when generating a report. Has anyone created a program or query or something to recreate an F0311A table in One World (presumably called the F03B11A)?
