random warning message

Hi, im a jde noob and i was wondering how would you troubleshoot the following error.
It occurs at random but often enough to annoy the user, the JDE log shows no clues.

"System Event Still in Process" means that something,
perhaps ROW EXIT AND CHANGED ASYNCH, is still running.

My users see this a LOT w/in sales order entry, when they click on SO Detail (W4210A).
