AS400 O.S. upgrade

I need to upgrade my AS400 O.S. from V4R5 to V5R2, but my actual Service Pack (20) is not supported by PeopleSoft. Has anyone using this configuration, V5R2 with Xe SP20? I intend to upgrade to V5R2 without changing my Service Pack. If anyone knows anything that can cause me a problem please tell me.
 
I'd strongly discourage this. You WILL break things. Many of the development tools will not work.
