USERID as part of PDF filename

Hello
We are currently doing some testing on Peoplsoft with create forms. One of the problems we are haveing is any Batch UBEs on the RS6000 are being inexplicably created with a file name that is prefixed with the USERID, i.e
KENNEY_R43500_XJDE0001_3244_PDF
uuuuuu_program_version_####_PDF

Unfortunately this naming convention is not expected with CreateForms and causes problems, from everyone I haved talked to these results are unexpected and nobody has a clue what is causing it.

Any ideas ?

KENNEY,

I have no idea why the user id is being prefixed to the pdf file name. Some one may be able to help you if you posted your system configuration (generally done in your signature - see mine below as an example).

However, from the Create!form side, you can work around it, if you have the Create!stream product. If you have Create!stream and need further help with a work around, reply to this post or send me a private message.

In any case all the best for resolving your problem.
