CSMS and Maintenance Requests

Hi List,

Is anybody using CSMS with the automated email function? When we enter in a new Maintenance Request it emails the assignee with an attachment to the call and the subject of the email is the Issue/Symptom which is usually one or two words. Is there a way to get it to add to the email the complete problem of the request? This would allow somebody that is using a PDA, Blackberry, etc... to get a complete description of the issue and not just the brief title.
