In transit report based on F43121

HI,
I need to write a report based off the F43121- Receipt routing table.
what I want to see is only the latest recipts as seen on screen P43250.
I tried pulling all fields from the F43121, and doing a fetch single from F43092 to get the Operation code (OPRC), but then it pulls all line numbers from the F43092 (ledger table), instead of giving me only the recent transaction as seen on P43250.

any suggestion would be appreciated.
