UBE goes into ERROR.

hi,
when i run a large custom financial report it periodically goes into error in Production. i have determined a vague pattern on whether it finishes successfully or errors is based on certain data...however i cant explain the events that cause it to error yet....when i look at logging for the job in Error it says the following..Can anyone give me some pointers as to what this could be trying to tell me? the report could be quite large in volume.

Try splitting the report into multiple versions with smaller data selection.

done another test and on PD Fat Client it works fine. tho takes ages. can i assume that the PD enterprise server is running out of space when trying to create??? but why would my Fat Clinet (ave PC) be able to handle this/???
