Security and Hyperexits - missing form names

I have an issue with the security file F00950. When adding hyperexit security type "6" it does not always add the form name. 75% does and stores the form name in FSDTAI. There is a hyperexit number on the record; I was wondering if there might be a table somewhere where you can get to by object and that hyperexit number to retrieve the form name. I am writing security programs for SOX and need to know by form who has or has not run access by form. Thanks, Bobby

If I'm not mistaken, Hyper exit security only disables the button, not access to the form. To disable access to the form you would use application security (Type 3).
