Full Package Deployment Problems - B7332 SP 14,

We've got an issue with our setup whenever deploying new Full packages. Basically, ALL pathcodes get deleted from the client PC whenever you install a new Full package. It could be pure coincidence but the problems have started around about the time we applied SP14. Also, we have 2 installations of OneWorld on two different platforms (AS400 and NT SQL). Both sites have this problem!

Any ideas?
