External Calls Security

Hi All,
I am trying to secure down the exe links on the solution explorer top bar. Under tools menu on solution explorer, I want to secure down Event Capture exe and Auto pilot analyser. Can someone let me know how do we lock down using external call security. I am aware of the process to lock down exe on task view or menus.

One note on the external calls that I have realized from a report that I
wrote: External calls security only works for programs that end with an .exe
extension. This may have changed with other versions, but with Xe, SP22_S1
(Update 6), this is the case..so if it seems to not work, check the program
extension and see if ends in .exe...
