TC

I am try to import Text file into JDE. I don't want to run the TC local on my machine....so now i can put the input file on my C drive...were do i put the input file to run TC(UBE) on server.
Please Help...S

If u r palnning to run the TC on the server then u need to keep the input file on the server and the corresponding path has to be provided in the path for the input file.

If you do not use a path when defining the text file JDE will expect it in the import directory, both locally and then on the server.

How do i find that out?? were do i define it on server???

You need to store the file in the 'import' folder both locally and on server. In TC you need not specify any location as JDE will itself look into this places based on where you are running it.
