User Id and Date not being filled in

For one user doing invoice batches the user id and date are not being filled in on the F0011 file. We are currently filling the information in to fix the problem. Any one have any suggestions? This is a thin client user.

I know this doesn't make sense for a thin client, but if the user goes to another computer does it work? Need to know if it is computer related at all or just user related. We've had wierd issues before where one computer could not work with attachments, no matter how we loaded the software (thick clients)
