License Reallocation question

Hi All,

I need to reclaim some licenses from machines that no longer exist. I read the doc OTI-99-0065 and it says to rename jdeclnt.xdc. I can not find this on the deployment server. The path it says to find it in is /jdedwardsoneworld/b7333/client but I do not see this in that directory.

It is a hidden file. Turn 'Show all hidden files and folder' option on and you'll see it.

I am struggling with this same issue. I just loaded SP13_E1 on B7332 on a new deployment server on Windows NT. I have all files shown so there are no hidden files. When I enter a new SPC code, no JDECLNT.* is created in the \b733\client directory. I have searched the entire deployment server for jdeclnt and there is no file on the whole machine. It is almost as if something else is preventing it from being created. When I enter the new code, I use security revision 4, everything seems to be accepted ok, only I still have 0 seats. I am not sure what else to do. Any ideas?
