We are looking to covert some advanced pricing rules from a legacy system
into JDE. I am looking at the F4702, Price adjustment detail table and
don't see anything that references the customer price or Item price groups.
Does anyone know where these fields are mapped to for advanced pricing?

Thanks

Devin Hill

F4072 stores information defined in other related tables(F4070, 4071)
alongwith a unique ID that gets assinged to every possible Item/Customer
relationships. The pricing is calculated by the Pricing Adjustment program
based on Basis Code(BSCD) which tells the system how the adjustment is
applied meaning( add on, substract, percentage......). The end result is
written There are many other user defined rules and setups that are required
to run the system.

It is pretty complex and challenging.

Check the F4094 file. F4094 actually stores the unique key ID that the
system assigns to every unique combination of item/customer group(s). The
key is then related to the record in the F4072 record, which stores all
details (currency code, basis code, value itself etc).

There's a code in the F4072 that does refer to customer and item price
groups. Look at the F4091, F4092, F4093, and F4094 files and you will
figure out how it all ties together. Feel free to contact me off line if
this isn't enough.
