I need some "real world" direction and not the PeopleSoft "apply the latest service pack" response.
We are planning on upgrading to V5R2. During our original inquiries the MTR from the KG (October 2003) for One World was stated as SP21. The latest MTR on the KG now says SP21_I1. (We are at SP21_F1.) My question to PeopleSoft has been: "If SP21 was OK back in October, why does it need to be SP21_I1 now?" (The latest is SP21_Q1). I have also tried to find out when SP21_I1 was released. My thinking behind this was: If SP21_I1 wasn't even released back in October then we should have been OK with "F1" if the upgrade to V5R2 was performed then. They keep responding "apply the latest SP".
What "one off" has been applied for the people that are on V5R2?
