Dear List:
I will appreciate if you can give some feedback on the performance of R11411 in your environments.
I have one customer with 70 companies (F0010) and 1,500,000 records on F0911. He is complaining because R11411 after we installed ESU JD22266 is taking an average of 4-8 minutes to completed, with some instances running up to 90 minutes. Before the ESU, the average time was 2-4 minutes. We did install the ESUs following PSFT recomendations that it will make R11411 run faster.
The environment we are running is as follow:
1. OneWorld Xe, Update 6, SP22_T1
2. Compaq Servers running Win2K Advance Server - Cluster, with 8 GB on RAM / AWE and 8 CPUs
3. SQL Server 2000 on 1 node, JDE Services on the other node
We (CNC+Developers) have researched the code, and believe these times are ok, but the customer does not.
