Dialog windows with messages of workflow process

How can i set up dialog message which notifys user
when he makes SO entry to the custumer with excess of credit limit and SO entry stays on hold?

i just have found out that this problem can\'t to be solved by standart setting up methods

and calling of notifying windows is built-in to application
imho
