Multi-threaded Posting R09801 (ESU JE6459) producing bad data

Hi List,
We loaded the JE6459 ESU on 6/29/04. Since then we've been experiencing issues with post that we are only now discovering at month-end. Here is the issue:

(1) Double, triple, quadruple, quintuple values in the Account Balances table (F0902) from what should be based upon what is in the Account Detail table (F0911).

(2) Incomplete posting where all AE document types are not created, but the whole batch posts.

None of the above can a user determine whether something went awry...

This situation is further aggravated when the R09110Z is run concurrently with posting.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
