Creating Versions from Citrix

Is there a way to create versions when running on a citrix client?
Users can copy versions and check them in, but after any deployment they get wiped out and have to create the versions all over again

If that is the case then you users are not checking the versions in. Also if you are in a farm that load balances then they really need to make sure they check them in because they may/may not get the same server each time they access the application.

You can check the versions table to see if they are really checking them in.
