Can anyone please tell me if there is supposed to be a DEFAULT ocm mapping for BSFN for the Jxx7334 environments? I have users getting all kids of errors using the web and when I go into OCM I don't see a Default BSFN mapping for any of my "J" environments. This is in the System - B7334 and in the Server Map data source both. Below are some of the messages showing up in the jas.log

2004-07-26 13:36:21.493 [Thread-17] JAS : No Data Source found from OCM for user CANEWSOM environment JPD7334 object B9800150 type BSFN

I have no default BSFN mapping on the server side, on the system side I have a number of local function maps but they were generated by JDE when the environment was created.

Maybe you can upload you JXXX mappings so that we can take a look at it.

Steve,

Do a search on the KG for a document called "JAS BSFN OCM Mappings" I think this will help quite a bit. The doc was written by Clayton Seeley in 5/2003. I'll look around, I may have it in a soft copy.

Steve,

I couldn't find a soft copy of it. Let me know if you find it. If not, I might be able to fax a copy to you.

I found it. I'm not sure what happened to it but there should be a DEFAULT BSFN mapping to the Enterprise server for each Jxx environment.

yes men , you have to map DEFAULT BSFN of the jpxxxx to the enterprise, i have two enterprise here one is specialy for the web.

Steven... yes there is supposed to be DEFAULT mappings for BSFNs for all Jxx7334 environments. Our "system" OCM mappings are as follows:

JDV7334 DEFAULT BSFN CJC402 - Logic *PUBLIC AV P
JJD7334 DEFAULT BSFN CJC402 - Logic *PUBLIC AV P
JPD7334 DEFAULT BSFN CJC402 - Logic *PUBLIC AV P
JPY7334 DEFAULT BSFN CJC402 - Logic *PUBLIC AV P
JTS7334 DEFAULT BSFN CJC402 - Logic *PUBLIC AV P

However, these mappings do not exist in our "server map" OCM settings.
