WebSphere Upgrade for Tech. Foundation

Hey List,

I have beendealing with our account Rep. to find out how we can receive an upgrade to the JDE/PeopleSoft Technical foundation suite. We are going to upgrade our servers to Windows 2003 and WAS 4.0 is not supported on 2K3 so I am needing to get the WAS 5.0 or 5.02 version and GSS is telling me that I need to contact IBM for the upgrade, but we did not purchase WAS as a seperate product it cam as part of the Tech Foundation.

Does anyone know who I might be able to contact to get the upgrade information for Tech Foundation.

Just call the support center and open a call to have the newer CDs shipped to you. If you payed for the Tech Foundation you are entitled to the new discs. We just did the same thing. Your issue will need to be routed to the Software Delivery group.
