Comments in P41202

Hi list,
I would like to know in wich table are stored comments in P41202. These comments are available by selecting the trombone on the left side of the screen, and after by selecting the "Lot Text" Button.

The comments are stored in the Media Objects table. The key is GT4108 which is MCU, Item, LOT. The actual Media Object Storage table is F00165.
