How do you define the centurty cut off?

About two years ago we made a change (to a DD item I think but I can't remember) so that we could define what part of the century would be 19 and which part would be 20. For instance - I think we set this setting (DD item?) to 35 so anything prior to 35 would show up on reports as 2035 and anything after would show up as 1935. Of course I didn't document what I changed and now we need to raise it. Can someone tell me where to make this change?

change CENTCHG´s default value to the year you need. We had to set it to 50.
