UBE rendering an HTML then output to .PDF?

We presently have a HTML page being rendering within a JDE tool page and built on user request.

The desire now is to possibly automate the rendering of such an HTML page and capturing this page into most likely into a .pdf format (which we believe would preserve the bitmap/graphic nature of the page).

So this directs us to possibly building an UBE (which generates by default .pdf formats) enter the pictures, lauch the target URL, HMTL is rendered and then have this some how captured by the UBE.

What are the steps within the UBE to be able to convert the return of such a page? Would this have to be captured in as
an attachment?

Anyone doing a similar task? If so how did you go about it? Especially without using 3rd party tools nor Java Server!

Thanks!
