Application server installation

Hi,
looking to add an application server(W2k)to our existing installation.(UNIX-Enterpriseserver, W2k-Deploymentserver, Citrix-Clients - ERP8, SP22_N1) I've the INTEL SP22_N1 installation pack insatalled. OCM-mappings are made. Do i have to build a package on the Deploymentserver for this new application server only? Whats about the jde.ini on apploication server?

I would first install the standart package from the install CD to make the new server work. After that build a full package to get all your customizations on to that new server.
