FRW - Annual Budget column

Hi,

For our budgets in the GL, we have 12 periods defined for P&L accounts and
just 1 period (12) for Balance sheet a/cs.

For P&L we have a 'Annual Plan' column which is the sum of all the 12
periods and in our report we use the 'account balance' smart field for
period 12 and it appears fine.

However for B/S, the 'Annual Plan' which is just 1 value and we have this in
period 12, the value that gets printed in our report is doubled. Shouldn't
it work the same for both P&L and B/S ? Is there another way around it -
which smart field to use or can we expand the smart field list, meaning
create our own (anyone tried) ?
