Got an odd one with JAS.
User signs in, launches an HTML app, closes it launches another and is given a new session. The old one hangs around on the system until it times out. Basically the user gets a new signon screen.
We think there is a session problem, i.e. the client requests a session and the server assumes that it is a new one. There are no errors in any logs.
It affects one user consistently and is random across the rest of the system, it started last Saturday and has become worse…

This is ERP8.0 Update 1, SP22_Q1 running on Windows 2003 Clustered Platform with SQL2000, Websphere 4 with fix 5 and the cum pack. We are using IBM HTTP Server on Windows 2000 SP4 and are using the enhanced interface with multi-browser windows. We have eliminated the proxy server and are currently resolving through an IP address instead of DNS.
