Sales Order Entry - cache failure

Has anyone seem this error while entering a sales order?
'Add SOEEdit Line Shared Data Cache process failed'
I have 1 user who is intermitantly getting this error.
 
Do they have USER OVERRIDES?
If so, try deleting them.

Next thing to check is OCM for BSFN mappings that might need to be changed. You can debug the app to find out which BSFN it is calling at about the time the app fails.

Is the one client that is having problems a Citrix user? Can you replicate the issue on a FAT client?
